The latest ‘Employee Outlook’ report, conducted by the CIPD, highlights that job satisfaction has dropped to +40 (from +48 in Autumn 2015), whereas, employees in micro businesses report the highest levels of job satisfaction at +49.
The stats above highlight the need for all small business owners to ensure their employees always strive to work to the best of their abilities, and most importantly, to always enjoy what they do on a day-to-day basis.
