" For our sales team, and for our customers, having the option to turn to LDF during the selling process has made life easier. Working with LDF has accelerated our sales growth and helped to add resilience to our business. "
Tom Ladds, UK Sales General Manager, Human Med UK
Since 2013, Human Med UK has been trading as a subsidiary of Human Med AG, Germany. They are a leading manufacturer of Water-Jet assisted products for plastic, reconstructive and anaesthetic surgery.
Despite quoting on a number of opportunities, Human Med found that the volume of completed deals was low. The main reason for this was that customers only had 30 days to complete payment on their transaction.
In order to plug this gap, the business had little option but to dip into their own funds whilst waiting on receipt of customer payments. They also found that they were losing out on potential deals to other competitors within the market who were able to offer a leasing solution.
Our Partner Programme complemented Human Med UK’s business model.
Human Med UK now have access to our business support team, who ensure they are informed on the progress of each application, whilst also having regular communication with their customers.
The LDF Partner App keeps things simple. The simple fact is that the faster Human Med UK can deliver their solution, the more likely they are to close the sale.
Human Med UK has been able to gain a competitive edge in their market and are now able to offer private practices the funding to support equipment purchases that may have previously been out of reach.
All members of the Human Med UK sales team now access the LDF Partner App, allowing them to easily structure equipment finance quotations, submit applications and keep up-to-date with their progress.
Since joining the Partner Programme, the business has overcome cost barriers and seen its sales performance grow thanks to the asset finance option LDF makes available to them.
We could not have been happier. Banks as usual were a nightmare - they took over six weeks to eventually refuse for vague reasons unexplained. LDF were professional, helpful, friendly, and best of all, fast.
