    Salesforce Administrator

    We're on the lookout for a CRM/Salesforce Administrator to join our team to administer and configure across the LDF Group.

Salesforce Administrator

Location: Ewloe Office, North Wales

The CRM ( Administrator is responsible for the administration and configuration of across the LDF Group. The position serves as the primary point of contact for all users who require maintenance, configuration, reporting and training. Setup and Initial Configuration

  • Work closely with the product owners, development teams, data team and release management to help coordinate Salesforce and related projects from inception through production support, ensuring collaboration, communication and data integrity.
  • Fully understand, support and manage Sales Cloud processes and applications and any future adoption from the salesforce cloud offering.
  • Liaise with training to help develop material for training plans for new users and on-going training sessions.
  • Manage the day to day relationship with Salesforce and maximise the benefit from the Premier Support package.

New Applications and Development

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest releases, technologies, applications, and integrations.
    Evaluate AppExchange products.
  • Manage standard and custom objects configurations, such as pages, fields, formulas and ensure consistency across the group.
  • Work with the release team to develop and communicate a schedule for future releases / enhancements
    Administration of Salesforce Mobile and interfaces to add-on and external tools.

Salesforce Reporting and Creation of Dashboards

  • Work with the data and analytics team to develop / coordinate the development of analytical reports / dashboards.

Systems Administration

  • Act as the point of contact within the support team to perform all duties relating to system administration
  • Maintain system security, including user accounts, passwords and access.
  • Working with the data and analytics team take responsibility for data updates, including mass updates, deletes and extracts in addition to regular de-duping and data clean up.
  • Working with the release team ensure all changes comply with Change Management Process.
    Manage Activity Management functionality.
  • Content and folder management.
